Prophecy of the Sisters by Michelle Zink August 2009

A beautiful and mysterious fairytale that I could not put down. With a beautiful biblical reference and a wonderful good-overcomes-evil tale, this book is sure to keep you reading into all hours of the night. This dark Gothic story has a delightfully hopeful side that you can't help but love. The main character Lia takes you on a journey of discovery, love, loss, and what it means to grow up. She left me with wanting more and dying for a sequel. $17.99

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr May 2007

Wonderfully unique and charming! This is just one of those YA titles that when it is finally released you jump for joy because the story is so refreshinginly edgy. I want to hand this to every teen girl coming through our door at Anderson's. Perfect for Twilight fans and those who were hoping to get more out of the series. This romantic fantasy was alluring and elegant. You will be begging for more and luckily the sequel will soon be out!
