Anderson's Mock Award Winners
Every year, the Children's Team at Anderson's Bookshop, selects a list of books they think should be considered candidates for the highest children's literary awards; the Newbery, Sibert & Caldecott Awards.
The real awards will be announced by the ALA on January 30th! We love to see how our lists and student-chosen winners compare to those picked by the committees!
This year, over 300 students from dozens of schools read close to 1,400 books, expanding their reading lives in so many different directions! Thank you, educators for enriching your students' love of books by bringing this program to them!
