Wednesday, October 17th from 5:30–6:30 PM
Open House is a home away from home for readers age 14-19 looking for a place to come together to share in the struggles and successes related to the LGBTQ community. Allies are welcome, too! This group will read stories about LGBTQ protagonists and works from LGBTQ writers. We will always have snacks and friendly conversation. Authors will join us via Skype/in person when available.
First Book: Darius the Great is Not Okay by Adib Khorram, who will be visiting with us via Skype!
Next meeting and book: Wednesday, January 2 from 5:30-6:30pm -- Dear Rachel Maddow by Adrienne Kisner
